Vehicle description

If you like a challenge then this one is perfect for you! I have a 34 foot Montana with 4 slides and very up scale features such as LED lighting, Marble Type Counter Tops, Recessed Sink, Double Wide Fridge and even a Fire Place Style Electric Heater. But as you can see it is missing the front third of it"s roof! The prior owner tried to go under something with not enough clearance. We purchased this with intentions of rebuilding it but our plans have changed due to $$$ restraints on another project with our house. So I need to let it go and get another one to restore at some later date.
I picked this up and drove it over 100 miles with no issues. It tows just fine, very good in fact because it"s light weight for it"s size. That is because of it"s aluminum structure. The accident sheared off 12 feet of the roof on the front. This area is over the bedroom and bathroom. The vanity is gone. The shower surround is gone. The shower base remains and will be usable and the toilette is fine. So this will require a large amount of skilled carpentry work and the ability to fabricate some aluminum tubes (square) or one could replace with wood 2 x 2 lumber as many of these are constructed that way. The roof joist are galvanized thin steel stamped pieces that are readily available.
The undamaged areas are in remarkably clean and unused condition so once you have repaired it you will have an incredible RV worth between 25,000 and 30,000. The current suggested retail on this RV in average condition is 32,500 however this one will end up with a rebuilt title status which will bring the value down some.
Fixing this RV will require a person with good knowledge of how RVs are constructed and wired.
I have the salvage title and I will assist you with the paper work should you need any help in obtaining your rebuilt title once you have fixed the damage. I have done about 20 cars and trailers and I know how to fill out the forms to get your rebuilt title after you complete the repairs.
Note: The 2 x 2 sticks you see in the bedroom are for holding the tarp up. There is NO roof in that area at all. Big sky light!
So if you are up for a big project that will be VERY rewarding, then I say, Happy Bidding!
