Keystone Alpine 5th Wheel RV, mostly renovated. I added a washer/dryer and a tankless hot water heater, painted the interior, and ripped out the carpets and put in LVP flooring (mostly - there is still a part on the stairs and slides that needs a bit of the flooring finished up.) It is still under the extended warranty, which is transferable if you"d like to purchase it, too. (It paid for a new AC the month I got it, so it was very useful for me.)There aren"t any roof leaks, but there is a weak part on the roof that looks like it will need some work soon. The tankless hot water heater has a loose connector in the back so it leaks currently, and I haven"t taken it apart yet to see what it is.I lived in here for a year and a half very comfortably. It has 3 tvs, a stove/oven, big refrigerator, microwave, 2 AC units, and both an electric and a propane heater. I just replaced the extendable awning.I tossed out the original recliners/seating and put in a desk/table so I could work remotely and do crafts/puzzles. The original fold-out loveseat is still there with a cover as the fabric isn"t in the best shape, but it is comfortable and useful.
