Seller is original owner. The lady that is selling this camper was very good at keeping it clean. She cleaned it after every trip. This camper was taken out only a few times a year. It was always covered with a cover. The husband built a shelter that that camper resided under for the last 5 years, as well as the covercraft cover. The cover can be included in the sale if buyer wants it. The roof seams were re caulked years ago. The roof doesn"t leak, never did, but the manual says to re caulk , so it was re silicone caulked . The AC works fine. All systems work fine. Wife just wants a larger camper due to her kids getting bigger. The 2 end beds are queen sized. Additional information can be found online at Jayco website.
