Vehicle description
For sale by private individual. This is a lightly used Class C RV. Can park in a car parking space. Tires are near 75% still. Driven through pouring rain had no problems. Everything works on unit and in excellent condition. We did limited camping and mainly traveling with family. We had no pets in it and I don"t believe anyone else did before us.
Has a Ford V8 5.4 liter engine, automatic transmission. Will pull hills ok but is not a diesel engine. Leather seats, comfortable for driving. Has cruise control. Had Transmission flushed at about 41,000 miles, as preventative maintenance. Self Sustaining unit has its own gas generator. Low time on generator. Would make a great hunting vehicle for travel to remote area and stay in. Runs off fuel tank on rig but will only run down to I believe 1/4 tank so you have gas to get home or filling station. Propane tank on board runs fridge, furnace, and water heater. Fridge and freezer either gas or electric. On propane hardly uses any to keep cold. AC is cold and works well. Water heater makes hot water. Microwave Convection oven combo. Used recently in below freezing conditions was great to stay in. Seat belts for 7 people. Sleeping area above drivers area is queen size we have memory foam on it very comfortable, great for sleeping. Table comes down for sleeping area fairly cozy for 2 people, but doable. Water heater either gas or electric. I am 3rd owner, when not in use I stored it inside. Roof recently cleaned and caulked per recommendation from RV dealer. No leaks in roof. Has trailer hitch and light hookup. I pulled a small trailer with ATV on it. I have 3 sets of keys that go with the unit. Security light turns on with motion will go with it. If it brings a good price I will let the hoses, electric surge plug, and support stands go with it, also. We are selling as kids are away from home and traveling by other means.
