2012 XLR Hyperlite 27 ft Toy Hauler - Like new camper and needs nothing. Very well taken care of – regularly washed/waxed (outside) and kept regularly very clean on inside. Non-smokers. Shower has NEVER been used (space used to house hamper) Several upgrades in 2016 - 6,000 pound axles; radio to full radio/DVD/Bluetooth system; new microwave; installed a TV and functional shelf with outlets in the garage as it becomes a nice bedroom after toys are out (see pics). Includes hitch and distribution bars.
Camper is stored in Winter/not out in the elements. Will store til Spring if purchased now. This is a great camper, inside and out. We are clean people and have taken very good care of this camper. Only selling to upgrade/accommodate our larger family.
