KNOWN ISSUES AND/OR PROBLEMS WITH CAMPER:
- Outdoor Shower Door Cover is missing. (Under $30)
- The Electric tongue Jack has become Jammed and isn"t functioning. (Around $120) This one, I recommend doing immediately. I have had to use a floor jack the last couple of times I moved it, and it isn"t something I would want to do often.
- There is a hole in the wall in the bedroom (My wife fell into the wall a little hard when crawling over one night and created roughly a palm sized hole/tear in the paneling)
- One of the booth cushions needs to be replaced / reupholstered.
- Awning does have a rip in corner and is starting to show wear, but still works great.
- The flooring was replaced with a "floating floor". It has a few spots that feel weird because of the floating floor, but the subfloor feels solid. The Floating floor looks great, but does have a few slats in the main area that appear to be separating from the others. Maybe a broken lip inside the slat or something? Either way it isn"t terribly bad. My wife and I simply put out a couple of rugs in the main area and never had any issues, only compliments from other people seeing it.
PLEASE BE AWARE!: This Is A Used Camper. It does have some issues, but it has been a great camper for my family and we have never had anything major go wrong with it. The A/C, Heat, and appliances have always worked great. I have tried to list the issues I am aware of and have listed it for well under it"s value in order to sell quickly. My wife and I just purchased our first home and need the money for bills and projects that need to be done on our home more than we need the camper at this time. If you have been looking for a toy hauler at a price you can afford. . this is it. I ask that you please read the full description and view all photos before bidding or purchasing.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at time of pick up. I will accept other forms of payment, but the payment must be cleared before i will sign, release or transfer a title or the camper. If paying via paypal, I will need to make sure paypal has released those funds, prior to letting you take the camper. Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping (Keep in mind that the electric tongue jack is jammed and not in working condition, however I am happy to lend a floor jack in order to help hook it up to your tow vehicle.)
