Bought new feb. 2012, buy mature adults, non smokers well maintained, keep in covered parking most of the time. The roof was replaced 3/7/2018 it had a bubble by entry door, some wood damage to roof no damage to interior. It has a 1yr warranty on roof. It has 2 new front tires, dash ac needs repair will have repaired or reduce price which ever you would like, everything else is in good working condition. We just moved to North Carolina from Texas. We drove it here and stayed in for 2 mos. no problems with trip or our stay
