You are looking at great looking clean 2012 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite ,this recent New RV trade is lite weight and well equipped We plugged it in and everything seemed to be in working order, AC ,heat refrigerator microwave etc Also equipped with power awning in good shape and functional Did not see any leaks
The inside as you can see by the pictures is clean and in good shape. It has a fold down dinette and a sofa that also folds into a bed . If thats not big enough a full size bed folds down out of the wall (see pictures and video).Plenty of space in a lite weight small package
The outside as you can also see by the pictures looks good as well . The graphics and power awning all in good shape . There is some minor delam on the left rear (see pictures and video) but did not see any leaks associated with that Tires in good shape and lights all in working order
