2012 Dutchmen Denali 244RLX. Covered since new. No kids, pets, or smoking since new. Only 6844 lbs. dry weight. 28" long. Tank sizes are 52 gallon fresh, 66 gallon gray, and 33 gallon black. One large, deep slide, that houses quality 7" sofa and built in floor to ceiling cabinets. Luxury Package, which includes rear power jacks, power side awning, etc., with remote controller that controls all power functions- slide, front and rear power jacks, power awning, etc. We purchased from the original owner recently, with the intention of traveling cross-country in it. Our plans have changed. We have gone to considerable expense making the trailer as comfortable as we could make it. The original setup included an uncomfortable rear sofa with an inflatable mattress. We removed that sofa, and replaced it with 2 new Lazy Boy recliners. The slide originally contained a rectangular dinette, which had very narrow cushions. We removed the dinette and replaced it with a quality 7" sofa. The original cabinets- floor to ceiling, remain in the slide. We kept the original dinette table, legs, and bases, so it can be reinstalled in front of the sofa again, if desired. The original front mattress was not very thick, so we installed a very thick, 60" X 80" true queen mattress. Never slept on. You can still walk around it. There is a lot of storage, in and out. The original owner bought the trailer in Riverside (CA) and lived in Yucca Valley, a nearby desert town. Absolutely no rust. The trailer has been covered since new, and a good Camping World cover is included. The original owner installed 5 new Maxxis trailer tires, had the wheel bearings repacked, and installed a new deep cycle battery just before we bought it. We had the outside polished and the roof cleaned, and treated with a UV protection treatment. The outside of the trailer is like new. The decals are perfect. I took the spare tire off the back bumper and put it in the front, outside storage. The spare tire is also new. I installed a bracket for bicycles on the back bumper. The interior is like new. Pleated shades at all windows. Every appliance works perfectly. The only issue is that the DVD player system doesn"t seem to be getting power. This trailer shows like new. The interior is beautiful, and would be ideal for a couple who want to travel with a smaller truck. We have owned the trailer for 2 months, and have pulled it less than 30 miles. We have over $21,000 invested, and will sell with no reserve for a quick, easy sale. I have the clear CA title in my name, manuals, several keys, etc. The CA plate is good through 3/31/2019. I can"t imagine anything out there in this condition, at this price. Must be paid for within 7 days of auction"s end.
