Up for auction is a 1 Owner 2012 Crossroads Cruiser Patriot Edition 34ft 5th Wheel with 3 Slide Outs. All nice condition exterior decals black and tan with the mountains, has a rear ladder, power front and rear landing legs, dometic power awning, outside speakers and power outlets, dual axles with alloy wheels, 50 amp service. The interior has tile pattern vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom with tan carpeting in the living room and bedroom. This is the rear living room and has the center kitchen island with corian top and solid sink covers, multiple cabinets and storage and has the Dometic refrigerator, 3 burner stove oven combo with vent system and microwave. The dinette is the free standing wood table with 4 chairs, valances and day night shades match the sofa full pull out bed and has etched glass tinted front cabinets. The fireplace is electric and has a flatscreen TV with a Jensen AWM970 dvd/cd/mp3 player stereo. The roof A/C is ducted and the rear chairs are euro leather with ottomans. The living room also has a ceiling fan. The upstairs has the wide staircase and leads to the bathroom on the right side and straight ahead to the bedroom both with full doors. The bathroom has the entrance from the bedroom and from the hallway. The bedroom entrance to the bathroom is a sliding door. the bathroom has the vanity with mirror cabinets and built in shelves next to it. It also has a porcelain toilet, roof vent/fan and skylight. The bedroom has the bureau in front of the bed, has a mattress(no comforter or shams), mirror sliding closet doors, corner cabinet closet and spot for a TV with cable hookup. Nice condition trailer inside and out and has some great features. Average wear from over the years but nothing more than normal use.
