2012 Cougar 30" RV; Excellent condition inside, including remote control TV, appliances; couch (folds into sleeper for 2), small recliner; table and seating (folds for sleeping for couple children) and queen size bed in upper area. Toilet is in separate room with door; roomy shower; privacy curtain in bedroom and this bathroom/bedroom area is completely private from other areas. Far as we know everything works, has been sitting for a year. Slight damage on one side (see close up) from blow out damage; simple fix and will be considered for allowance with any offer. Remote control for hook up, landing and awning; has new 10 ply tires. This needs a home, as we can no longer travel in this way! Smoke free.
