one lady owned 2012 coachmen mirada 34BH. 14088 miles. always serviced by mobile rv service company. just serviced this week. very popular model. 2 slides, bunk beds with mp3 players n a tv system in each bunk. 5000lbtow capacity, 80 gallon fuel tank, TPO roof, rear ladder, 2 inch steel frame door, tinted windows, 5.5 onan gas generator 50 amp service, 2 air conditioners, furnace, corian counter tops with double sink, large magic chef microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, range with range hood - gas over with 3 burner range, maple cabinets, 32" tv entertainment center vcr/cd/dvd, radio/clock, sleeper sofa, dinette easily makes into bed, storage under dinette, large 8.3 cubic refrigerator with big freezer and ice maker, pantry, bunk beds with mp3 players connected to tv, back bedroom, hang-up storage & drawer storage, bathroom with large shower, water heater, water pump, water purifier, holding tanks with heaters, lp tank with regulator, fire extinguisher, co detector, smoke detector, lp detector. dual thermostats , ducted hvac.
low retail 73195.00 average retail 88198.00. her 2 boys always complained about the vinyl couch n dinette seats as hot n sticken to their legs, the material wasn"t as good as i"d expect in a 140,000.00 coach so i took them to an upholstery shop had them recovered in a matching durable cloth, much more comfortable and better wearing than the original pleather. this unit sleeps 7, very unusual for a coach with full rear master. most appliances were never used, maybe the micro and frig. i"d say you could compare it"s condition with new. we also just replaced the carburetor on the generator, more due to lack of use than too much. i want it to be like new performance for the next owner, or if i choose to use, i want everything perfect. i have it priced to sell to anyone seriously looking. EZ to figure this is a bargain. no leaks ever, no damage ever. no accidents ever.no excuses, 100% get in n go. already full of fuel, so giddy-up. it"s sunshine somewhere, go find it. thx pat n corey. 29 years at this location.
