This RV is perfect for family vacations! Excellent condition, honestly. It"s ready to roll. Beautiful interior with brown and tan scheme and light tan recently reupholstered leather sofa bed and captain"s chairs. In April we installed a brand new A/C unit (ice cold ready for Texas summer) and also new steps motor, controller and gearbox. The kitchen has Corian countertops, stainless steel sink, gas 3 burner stove and oven and even a microwave/convection oven combination. The frig is the perfect size for a week long trip with the family. There are two TVs in the Living Room area so you can watch from both directions, a TV in the bedroom that syncs with the Living Room if you choose, a DVD player and each bunk bed has its own DVD player with headphones. You will sleep like a baby on the queen bed in the master, it"s fantastic. The bathroom even has an upgraded $500 porcelain throne. When the RV slides are open, this thing is massive! On the outside - body and paint are excellent, roof cared for and waxed, spacious full see-through storage underneath. Shocks were upgraded to Bilstein heavy duty shocks. (BTW-It does come with nice bedding from Tiffin. We just took pictures without it to show you the great condition and comfort of the mattresses). Registration and inspection with service completed in March. The service guy said this thing is immaculate. Full service records with every replacement and repair. Huge perk here in that we are including a Tire Minder set up, Good Sam GPS, lawn chairs, all electrical and sewage hoses and connectors, jack pads, water hoses, and box of cleaners and lubricants to take care of every RV need and even our Coleman gas grille.
