SCAMP 16ft DELUXE CAMPER TRAILER 2011. The camper is pristine. We ordered the deluxe model with wood cabinets, additional propane tank, propane/electric hot water heater. We had the factory remove the large table in the back to create a permanent double bed and additional storage under the bed. The unit comes with a side dinette which met all our needs and converts to sleep one. The trailer itself is in perfect condition inside and out. No smoking. No pets. We used it once and it is always kept under cover. Every year my husband takes the camper out in the back yard cleans and waxes the trailer , opens everything up for a few days, checks all the systems makes sure everything is in order. There are extras a four wheeled waste water hauler new, 4 stabilizing jacks, swaybar and 2 inch receiver for swaybar and trailer and extended sewer hose.
