Had great family time in the trailer but kids grew out of it. Had it prepped for storage 3 years ago and didn"t use it. Lots of life left in it but a few issues. Floor in front of fridge is slightly soft. Not too bad but you can feel it. Support around hinge on front sleeping compartment is soft and may need work or replacement. I can lay in it but maybe just good for small kids. There was mice damage to a few cloth items. I cleaned, cut and taped them. Water lines are good and so is toilet and tanks. Electricity, lights, fridge and freezer work. Not sure of air conditioning since I can"t hook up to 30 amp where I am. Heavy duty hitch and forward mounted bike rack. I"m in Morristown NJ and available to inspect before bidding.
