Vehicle description

2011 Roadtrek 190 Simplicity, 1,747 original, documented, Carfax verified miles. Yes, this is correct, it only has less than 2k miles. Chevy G3500 chassis, V8 Class B Motorhome Camper Van. It is correct, the story is simple, I am the second owner, I know everyones first question is going to be "How can those miles be correct. .? Answer: They are, I have previous title work, as well as my own current title in hand, no lien, clear and ready to transfer, both titles show and state exact actual mileage and the current Carfax in hand to verify both. . . .I bought it after an estate was settled, obviously it was not used often. . and I mean, I am almost certain no one EVER used it, I believe it was driven to its new owners home in Florida, and for unknown reasons, it was simply not used before the owners passing. . It was however kept in fully operational condition, located in north central Florida, so no rust or any issues to speak of, and it is truly in ready to go condition. I am the second owner of this unit. I have owned it for a few months, when I put it back on the road I did EVERYTHING. .oil change, diff fluid, fuel injection flush/service, it has brand new tires (800 miles on them now mounted in July 2021), air filter, cabin filter, misc belts, hoses, a few vacuum lines, suspension bushings. .and the list goes on. . I have already had all of the things a smart person would know needed to be done on a vehicle of this caliber that had been in storage. Brand new Hi end, nano tech 3M privacy tint on every single window ($1200, August, 2021), new window vent visors, new Hood Deflector, new touch screen/bluetooth/flat screen/rear cam capable stereo system, and the list goes on. . over all in the past few months it has had wel over $4000 invested to ensure it has everything ready to go. It seat and has seatbelts for 5 people total but sleeps 3. Now on the camping side. . same story. .YES EVERYTHING works, in fact my family has camped in it every weekend for the past three, and we absolutely love it, but since grandma now wants to join us, we are going to go a little bigger, so my loss is your gain on this ultra rare find, I am asking what I have in it, I am not going to go into much details on options and such because if you are seriously into this, you will already know what it is. . This is a fully self contained Class B motorhome, sleeps 2-3, rear sofas fold to make a nearly "king" size bed at rear or can be set up as two, singles. There is also an optional third foldout seat that utilizes the passenger seat and the seat behind it, this is readily available from roadtrek online but not included. (we used an air mattress for my son. , it was great) yes it has all of the following: a/c propane furnace electric heat pump (CoolCat). .toilet, 10 gallon black water tank, 25 gallon grey water tank, kitchen sink, center aisle style full shower, hot water heater, flat screen smart tv, DVD players front and rear systems, dark privacy tint everywhere, All curtains and factory blinds in excellent shape, interior is super, super clean and nice, like I said before it has only been slept in three times, by the wife, myself and our 5 year old, ever, as far as I can tell, I mean the screen window enclosures that zip into place at the rear door are still in their factory packaging. We camped out this weekend three nights, and I ran everything all weekend, Ice cold a/c in baking sun in South Carolina, lights everywhere, Keurig coffee brewing away, blender for meal preps, the generator fires up instantly and has approx. 20 hours total. . many are from me servicing and testing it etc. . the fridge is the modern new 3 way deal that can run on anything. .propane, AC/DC, plugged into shore power, or run off the house batteries, which by the way, YES the batteries are NEW also 2021. . So if you are still reading this, then you must know what this is, and hopefully you would like to take it home. I am located in Myrtle Beach SC, 5 minutes from airport. The Roadtrek is currently licensed, titled, registered in SC, and in my name, no lien or loans etc. I am asking $69,900. I will require an immediate non refundable deposit upon close of auction through Paypal or via wire transfer. I will work with buyer regarding payment, but cash, wires or certified bank funds only, please. I Bank at Bank of America if that help. . . Feel free to text or call and leave me a message if you are serious. I am glad to show it to you and answer any questions I have not covered in listing. I also have a short video I can send showing everything working. .toilet flushing, water running etc. . .
