Dear Jerry, The sho w er is best used w ith a w ater hose connected to a w ater spigot. The handheld sh o w er can be used inside or outside the coach. There is a 27-gallon w ater holding tank for fresh w ater. Hello Val, the tires are original, Bridgestones rated 50,000 miles, deep tread 1/2 penny, rotated and sw itched front to back at each oil change. I would consider reasonable offers. Probably will sell quick this spring. if interested let me know . Ron
