Unit is in excellent shape and well maintained non-smoking, no pets and single person use. Haven"t used it in two years been in storage. It is fully loaded as are all Mobile Suites including Auto-Level with Remote Control, 3 1/4 fiberglass insulated walls, Dual Pane Windows, Pex Plumbing w/manifold, Convection Microwave, Dual A/C with Zone Control, Electric Awning only option it doesn"t have is a dishwasher also includes washer and dryer . Paint and body are perfect as you can see from pictures. Used very little less than 5000 miles towing by my estimate, no issues of any kind other than two fogged windows, small windows on bottom of the larger one easily replaceable. Nationwide transportation is available ( Horizon Transport ) I will make all arraignments, buyer is responsible for shipping cost or pickup if you prefer.
