2011 Lance 1985 RV Travel Trailer. We purchased the 2011 Lance 1985 on 01/05/2017. I have no information on its previous history. Since then we have averaged 750 miles/year on paved roads to various destinations in Southern California. The only damage that has occurred since we purchased it resulted from a blowout that damaged the tire well trim on the right side of the trailer on 02/07/2017. A new tire was purchased to replace the blown out tire. The trim has been replaced. Four new tires were purchased on 05/07/2017. The one purchased on 02/07/2017 moved to the spare. That makes all tires including spare about 4 years old. I also purchased tire covers to protect the tires from sun damage. The main awning and slider awning were replaced in June 2020. Although the trailer has been washed and waxed regularly, it is showing signs of sun damage especially on the front exterior panel. The exterior is resealed yearly and there are no signs of leaks. All of the water, gas and electrical components are in good working order. The kitchen sink spout needs replacing. The wheel bearings have been greased annually. The fresh, grey and black water tanks hold about 35 gallons each. The heater, an Atwood/Hydroflame, is rated at 50,000 BTU. The AC is a Coleman Mach rated 13,500 BTU. Both are operated from a single wall mounted thermostat. There are two ceiling exhaust vents, one in the bathroom and one above the bed. Internal storage includes (refer to pictures): Bathroom: Clothes half closet, medicine cabinet, three drawers under clothes closet and an under sink storage area. Kitchen: Overhead cabinet, two under sink cabinets one with 3 pull out drawers. Small pantry with shelves, component shelf and component closet. There is a space where a small TV can be mounted. A TV is NOT included. There is a Jensen AM/FM/CD audio system with two outside and two inside speakers. Slider dining area: Two under seat storage cabinets and two small corner cabinets. Bedroom: Large under bed storage area, two small clothes closets and drawers one on each side of bed, one large overhead bin across the front of the trailer. Outside Access Storage: (Refer to Pics) Large storage area left rear; Storage in Slider; Large storage area across the front. Kitchen components: Wedgewood Vision three burner propane stove with oven and exhaust fan/vent; High Pointe 900 watt microwave; 6.3 cubic feet NorCold Model N611RM6 two-way refrigerator (AC/Propane). Additional features: Outside rear mounted gear rack. Rear bumper spare tire bracket. Bracket designed to handle up to 4 each 12 volt batteries. Batteries are NOT included. (NOTE: Buyer must bring 12 Volt lead acid battery to connect up emergency break away braking system prior to hauling the trailer.) Two 5 gallon propane tank holder with automatic change over valve assembly and cover. Propane tanks are NOT included. The hitch takes a 2 5/16” ball. The electrical connector is a standard 7-pin male plug. Manual fold up steps. This RV Travel Trailer will have to be completely outfitted to meet your traveling needs.
