It also has the bedroom slide out bed area . This unit has the Therma Shield 37 R-37 Holding Tank Enclosure- Comfort Zone 35,000 BTU Furnace, R-28 Roof Insulation, R-30 Floor Insulation, Heated Pass Thru Storage and Vented Attic System . The exterior is white with burgundy, gray and black striping, it has a power awning with great condition material. It has dual axles with alloy wheels and Equa Flex Trail Air Premium Suspension. Also has the aluminum frame structure with steel chassis. The dry weight is 7,745 lbs. GVW: 12,500 lbs. 10 gallon water heater, outside shower and rear power cord diamond plate box rear bumper mounted, also has front and rear power jacks. The interior has a vinyl kitchen and bath floor tile pattern with tan carpeting in the living room and bedroom. The sofa is a full pull out bed, this has the free standing wood table with 4 dinette chairs and lamp above, wall lamp, wallpaper border, power raising and folding hideaway TV- 40" 1080p LED flatscreen Element TV and DVD/CD player/am/fm stereo with lower cabinets and upper storage. This has the center island with corian top and lower storage, rear countertop with sink and sink covers, large rear window with blind. The living room and bedroom have valances with day/night shades. The kitchen has the 3 burner stove/oven combo with vent system and microwave, dometic refrigerator and island lights. The roof A/C is ducted front to back and this is pre-wired for a 2nd A/C in the bedroom. Up stairs is the entrance to the bathroom with a sliding privacy door. It has the private toilet room with full door, porcelain toilet, roof vent and the main bathroom area has a neo-angle shower with skylight, vanity with mirror cabinet and sink. The bedroom has the slide out bed area with comforter but no mattress, has the headboard and valances with shades, bureau, corner spot for a TV in the cabinet and mirror sliding closet doors. Nice condition trailer inside and out, great layout- many people like having the rear kitchen so the entertainment area is larger. The interior has 2 spots on the vinyl that are torn may be hard to see in the pictures not a huge deal but worth mentioning and the passengers side fender flare at the very bottom has a crack(see pics), average wear and use from over the years minor light interior scratches and minor flaking on some of the wood paneling. This is a good trailer for a site or to travel with. It sleeps 4 people but has a good amount of room to setup other beds or air mattresses when its opened up.
