2011 KEYSTONE 302 34" FUZION TOY HAULER. this unit was a bank repo / insurance loss when we purchased it. the ex owner had hit the front a/c on a low clearance something - bridge - tree we are not sure. they then after as the fine upstanding citizens that they are, stripped the trailer of its generator, water heater, wheels / tires and power converter component wise. we professionally repaired the roof as it was down an inch around the opening where the a/c was mounted due to the impact a new Coleman a/c was installed in the bedroom. new wheels and tires - zero miles the rear central a/c works perfect and even in this weeks 94+ temps the unit held at a nice cold low of 65 degrees all day. slides working perfect microwave and refrigerator work perfect. the generator is missing but the wiring and transfer switch are in place. the power converter was replaced with a new powermax 55 amp. the water heater is missing but all required wires and lines are in place to reconnect one. we can replace the water heater with a standard electric unit - an exact propane gas and electric 10 gallon suburban like was in there oem or leave it alone and you install one yourself based on terms we agree to and the price of the unit. we have not tested the fuel station or the pump. the awning was electric and the switch and wires are there but as shown awning is gone - mounting rail is intact. the electric overhead drop down bunks in the garage work perfect unit has washer and dry hook up. tons of storage everywhere all drains and tanks are intact and all work perfectly. gas stove working perfect. electric rear stabilizers electric front hitch jack roof is excellent and trailer is dry. floors are solid rear door super solid super nice unit with tons of life left in it that someone can use as is or a great economical unit you can custom out.
