Vehicle description
2011 Itasca Navion 24J with 16k miles, almost always stored indoors. One owner, purchased new by me and only used by me. Never smoked in, nor any pets inside. 5k pound towing capacity, three beds (rear queen, dinette folds down, and bunk over the cab), full bath, full kitchen (floorplan picture shows optional sofa above dinette, but this has the dinette. .it also shows the optional entertainment center, but this one has the bed above the cab). Propane genset (3.6KVA). Everything works great.
Items I"ve added include a privacy curtain in the middle (so you can easily come out of the bathroom entirely to dry off and put on clothes while others are inside), sliding shelves in the "closet" to better use that space, Prodigy electric brake controller, extra 12V power ports in shelf above driver"s head, several extra very handy places to hang jackets and towels. Full manuals included and these are made by Winnebago, a company that"s been around longer than any other in the RV industry. Should anything happen, parts and service should be very straightforward.
These are just small enough that pretty much anyone can comfortably drive one. You can get it in and out of pretty much any parking lot. You can even wedge it in one full size parking space, though your neighbors might be a little annoyed (backup camera works great for this!). Fairly fresh batteries all the way around. Should need very little for quite some time.
The Mercedes Sprinter chassis is wonderful for this application. Drives like a dream. Powered awning. Ready to enjoy right now.
Local pickup in Chapel Hill, NC, only.
