We are selling our 2011 Road Warrior 405 Toyhauler. It is 40 foot 5 th Wheel and has 3 slides - 2 in the living room and 1 in the master. Tons of space and storage! We have fulltimed in the RV for the last 2 years and have taken well care of it - sealing the roof, changing tires, monitoring for moisture, etc. This is a great family RV or just one to go play in with your toys! RV Info: *All Seasons *40 Ft. with 3 slides *20 foot awning *Has hydraulic front landing gear and electric back stabilizers *Generator *50amps *2 doors *2 Propane tanks with automatic switchover *Washer and dryer connection in the master closet *Loft that can be used as an extra bedroom (fits a queen) *3 Fans - Bathroom, Toy Hauler, Living Room (this one has a built in rain sensor and will close automatically) *Fridge can be used with either electric or propane *Water Heater can be either electric or propane *We removed the RV Furniture and have replaced it with a leather couch with 2 recliners, and a recliner that rocks. *42 inch tv with built in surround sound in living room and 32 inch tv in garage, *Master bed has a 1 year old pillow top queen mattress – very comfy! *Master bedroom has custom desk top with slide drawers built into the top of the dresser.
