Vehicle description

Owners bought trailer 2 years ago. Daughter now going to college. Its a 2011 Heartland North trail Buds 32ft. Has two propane tanks, two new battery systems ($650), Brand new 15k Air conditioner ($700). I still have original 13k A/C unit in good shape. New Coleman thermostat along with other new items inside trailer. Brand new Discount Tires, new Marine outside speakers. Currently winterized. Many other new items. Has two slides with supports. Sleeps 10. Heater works great. Main bedroom has great Queen size, two fold out couches (Front and back). Two bunk beds and one kitchen table area bed. Has back metal rack to carry generators or what ever you need to carry but can also be slide under trailer. Trailer has electric front and rear stabilizing legs. Awning does have a few small holes near trailer but I have bought some tape. Have changed out water heater element and Anode. Also replaced ceiling fan motors, Front jack ($150), water filters etc. The trailer also has an outside kitchen area with storage area and TV. There is three TVs ( Two TVs may not stay) in the trailer and also an antenna. Plenty of storage inside and out of trailer. Has large front storage where all extras are carried (extras can be bargained for, ie support stands, cables, locks, chock blocks etc). Two refrigerators both work good. Now the problems, when we bought trailer it had a small hole in the back rear near the outside shower area but I only had to put white tape over it to conceal it. Refrigerator inside has a crack on the lower frame (does not interfere with refrigerator functioning). The propane works good and stove top works great but was having issues with oven lighting before we winterized (probably gas not getting to it). All Tanks were flushed prior to winterizing. Great family trailer. I have seen others like this selling for 18 -22k.
