| “This camper is missing the outside awning, has a missing amber light cover, and has some delamination of the siding on the right rear of the camper. The systems which include but are not limited to heating and air conditioning, water, AC/DC power, water and hot water heater, and all appliances (microwave, oven, stove, and refrigerator) have NOT been tested and are being sold as-is without warranty expressed or implied. This WAS WINTERIZED and the water pump did work to pump anti-freeze through the water system. The tires have good tread but have dry-rot on them due to age (we have pulled it 60+ miles with no problems). The front face and the rear right corner have what appears to be delamination of the siding from the actual structure of the camper. If you can put a couple weekends into making this 100% you should have yourself a very nice camper and a great value!” |

This is not our usual type of vehicle but we contract with a charity to sell their vehicles and this came up for sale! This is a 2012 Heartland North Trail Focus Edition T225 with tons of features like the AC, leveling jacks, a slide, and more than we would even really know to tell you about. The rear slide on this camper gives it a much larger feel than other campers of its size and the hard sides make it a lot more weather resistant than canvas pullouts. There are removable tables that create a nice eating area located in the front cupboard. The integrated radio is great for entertaining and there is a wall mount on the wall so you can mount a TV in the future.
