Rear living area with a center island kitchen that works very nicely. Always the best of care from day one. Electric awning that is in very good condition with no tears or mildew stains. Non- smoker. No pets ever. Never lived in. Never in a flood or in a collision. Roof is the factory original one piece rubber roof in excellent condition with no leaks. Always covered when not in use. Everything works on this coach. New deep cell coach battery last year. New 10 ply 16 inch radial tires last year with 3,500 miles this year. High end queen mattress added when new. Plenty of inside and outside storage. Inside upgraded décor package with neutral colors with nice pleated window shades. Has 32 inch flat screen television. Surround sound system.
