Vehicle description

This RV is probably not ideal for camping~
It has had two owners, both of which customized it to live in. The first removed all of the carpet in place of laminate hardwood, stripped out all of the furniture in the main area and added speakers to the ceiling. We did some replacements of items, including a brand new toilet, water heater, brand new mattress, door and one of the windows, as well as adding a small shelf by the front door for plants/books etc, and adding cabinet lighting. The first photo reflects the quality of life we had living in this RV. (The third one does too, showing off the lit wine rack, but that"s not as interesting in my opinion). Also, in the photo there are no cabinet doors above our TV. There are doors with glass windows that go there. We just chose to remove them and store them separately.
Damages:
(Reference the 4th, 5th and 6th photo.) Scratched counters because we"ve been using it for storage for 8 months. Broken faucet. ^ We bought the RV with those wires hanging out of the wall. It never caused us any problems. That wall has a few cosmetic things like that. We had our entertainment center in front of it so nobody ever knew the difference. (Not pictured) Part of the drain hair catch in the shower is broken. Maintenance Due:
New seals. (Parts will be provided 100% free) New valve. (Part will be provided 100% free) Washing machine could do with a service call.
Features:
Mirrored Closet Washing Machine Dryer Hybrid (In another Closet) 9 Drawer Dresser King Size Bed (1 Side Table with Outlet) Private Bedroom with access to the bathroom, and access down the stairs to the main area. (So 2 doors out) Shelving and Cabinets above the dresser. Bathroom with toilet, Japanese style vanity and stall shower that we have experienced can accommodate individuals up to 6"4". Cabinet above toilet, medicine cabinet, and cabinets in vanity. Built in vacuum. Stairs to upper area have drawers built in. (3) Individual refrigerator and freezer, like you would have in a house. (Sorry, I couldn"t find the cubic area in it, but I will say that I used to cook 3-4 meals every single day when I lived in the RV and I did fine. I can get a tape measure and get dimensions if need be. Four Burner Gas Stove with Oven. (Oven IS smaller than a house oven, so a standard size cookie sheet will not fit in it. Dual Sink Cabinets and drawers on all four walls of the kitchen. (There is a gap to enter, of course) AC/Heat. It doesn"t do so good in heat above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Living area has cabinets on all four sides as well. 3 Large and 1 Small storage bays under the RV. Exterior access electricity and cable. Hydraulic Electric leveling. Electric/Propane Operation Black, Grey 1 (Upstairs) and Grey 2 (Kitchen) and Fresh water tanks. (I"m not sure of the volume. I can look into it if necessary. We were hooked up to city water and sewer.) Battery Electric Reserves Approximately 400Sqft footprint when all slides are out, so the equivalent of living in a small mobile studio apartment. Full Platinum Level Warranty until approximately January 17th, 2021. (Warranty does not cover cosmetic problems, so your oven will be replaced if it goes out, but you will not be able to get the RV repainted if you scratch it on tree branches, for example.)
Inclusions:
In addition to the items stated next to the maintenance details above, we will also provide all documentation of repairs/installations/warranties, an adapter that allows you to connect the RV to a regular extension cord, pads to put the stabilizers on and any leftover cleaning/maintenance materials we have.
Hauling:
Fifth Wheels like this, must be pulled by a truck equipped with a special hitch that sits in the bed. It generally costs about $1-$2 per mile that you need it moved, but short moves will be a higher rate, since there is less money overall for the driver to make, so don"t expect to pay $3 for a 2 mile move. Expect more like $50.
