We are selling our Four Winds Chateau 24.5 M-21C motorhome. It is based on a Ford E-350 one ton chassis with a 6.8 liter V10 engine. the miles are just over 70,000. This thing runs and drives like a dream and we have loved it. We are selling it because we need more room and are going to get a bigger RV. It has power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt steering, a brand new Pioneer stereo with CD player, radio, aux. port, blue tooth and hands free phone calls! The door and over head speakers are brand new Rockford Fosgate and there is a Pioneer bass speaker right behind the driver"s seat. The driver"s and passenger"s seats swivel so you have more seating in the camper. It sleeps 8 with a memory foam queen mattress in the rear, a dinette in the middle that makes into a double bed and a double bed over the driver"s area. She is full self contained with a ONAN 4000 generator, black, gray and fresh water tanks, a power inverter, 2 cabin batteries, a chassis battery, a cold ducted A/C that runs from the generator or from the power plug, a 6 gallon water heater that keeps up nicely for those long showers and a water pump. Every thing you need to camper off grid. The tires are new (about 1000 miles) 10 ply TOYO open country A/T 2"s We replaced all 6 of them in June 2017. It does come with a spare, jack and lots of storage. This little camper is easy to drive, but it will pull a car or a boat with no problem. It"s even short enough to easily back a boat into the water with.Of course, there is a factory towing package and a ladder on the back. The kitchen is complete with an over, a cook top, microwave, a nice sized refrigerator/freezer combo AND the kitchen sink! There is a fold out flat screen TV above the passenger"s seat.
Our motorhome is very nice and clean. . .we are picky non-smokers. . . . NOW FOR THE BAD. .the vinyl graphics on the side are starting to fade and crack little like they all do.
Years ago a tree rubbed a spot on the top and it leaked some water on the kitchen counter top. You can tell its a little warped there and you can tell the water came down the upper cabinet. It was not bad and is not that noticeable. the top was professionally repaired by a RV service center and has not leaked in years. Everything is solid and firm. . . cosmetic only.
