Always winterized. - Updated kitchen backsplash and floor - Air conditioning - fresh water / grey / black water tanks all self contained - Hot water heater w/ pilot - refrigerator (runs off all power sources) - shower and toilet wet room (hardly used but always kept clean) - exterior shower with hot running water
- interior has been very well kept and is pretty much like new. (please see video I have attached) - lots of storage (both inside & out) - tent top is like new and all zips work
- Self leveling jacks are all electric and have 2 control pads - top mechanism is brand new and has been checked over
