AEROLITE 2011. I have a clear title. Only 1 owner. Bought at Camping World New, we didn"t move it off the dealers lot until 1 year after purchase due to being in the VA hospital. We have used this to stay in for doctor appointments for the last 6 years. There is only 220 miles on the road.This tt has served us well.
If you are handy with tools for repair and want a bargain this is for you. We originally paid 37k (with taxes) . These problems in my opinion can be repaired by the right owner. I will list the issues below. However there are no roof problems, just dirt to be removed. We have removed all original furniture, it was too stiff for back and leg problems.
Major Problems with TT: Awning ripped off by high winds. Kitchen plumbing something is stuck in the pipes and has pushed itself as far as the plumbing to the floor near the refrigerator. Now the floor is soft, so it probably needs replacing in that area along with the pipes. 2 Rv repairmen told us there was something stuck but they couldn"t find it but they could feel it. Its still there. The outdoor kitchen was removed due to a faulty seal around the door, torrential down pours seeped in through the lacking door seal and the wood got wet, so we ripped out all the wood, the hinges also need to be replaced. We use the kitchen now for storage. Installed an window air conditioner for the hot summers, however torrential downpours have blown thru that wall a couple of times, so the wall needs replacing (the small one on the slide out). Electrical problems in the bedroom, something happened and we lost power to that room.
Minimal issues- Windows need replacing on the roof. New locks needed for outdoor storage, a new front door lock. The screen door is no longer just the standard door. Central air conditioner needs to be cleaned, new vent cover needed Bathroom toilet needs replacing, the cabinets are not in great condition. Bunk room, no mattresses converted to a food pantry and closet for clothes. Dresser drawers sliders are broken in bunk room. Stereo system needs to be rehooked up, or its the speakers. It works then doesn"t work. Flooring of slide out needs new or additional tile. And there might be some minor things that are missing or broken, but they do not come to mind, like wear and tear on cabinets.
The television and the top level orthopedic mattress do not come with it.
Comes with - Norcold Rv refrigerator Magic Chef Oven works Haier Air Conditioner (external) Jensen stereo system Standard RV mattress which we use under the orthopedic mattress so its not been touched by human skin. Radial tires with aluminum rims There is a New Kitchen faucet and new shower head and faucet.
Can keep used recliners or throw out.
Will need a couple of days past date of purchase to move rest of stuff out. Will need firm date.
