2011 Coachmen Catalina 26BH travel trailer. This is a non-slide bunkhouse floorplan: Queen bed up front and bunk beds in the rear. We purchased this travel trailer 3 years ago and have had a lot of fun with it. . we are looking to upgrade so are wanting to sell this unit. It has been well maintained and is in great condition inside and out. Never smoked in and very clean. The trailer was stored inside until we purchased it in 2016. We also put on new tires this spring - all 4 plus the spare, and re-did the flooring this year too. Note - the flooring was replaced because the vinyl floor cracked in the extreme cold last winter, not due to any leaks! Dry weight is 4,700 pounds - this can easily be towed with a 1/2 ton truck or full-size SUV. The trailer will be parked at our house for the next few days while we winterize it for storage, and then will be at our storage lot and available to view at any time. We can store the trailer for an extended period of time to a winning buyer, provided they pay up front and pay the $45/month storage fee. Can also deliver for a fee if needed.
