This recent bank repo with condition report from bank is in good condition , 3 bump outs with beds, fold down dinette can sleep up to 8 people . We plugged it in and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC ) The water system has been winterized
The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good floors solid ,did not see any leaks ,couple of small holes in canvas(see pictures and video ) rest of interior in nice condition just a solid unit !
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics and rest of the exterior all in good shape. The awning works and looks good,did not see any signs of any leaks
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
