This is a 2010 Winnebago Itasca impulse, on a Ford e- 450 chassis with a 6.8 L V-10 gas engine. She is32 feet long with two slide outs, the master bedroom and the dining room, with lots of storage throughout the unit. The NADA MRP is $82.850. She has a 5000 pound trailer hitch and hydraulic levelers to level out the rig and stabilize it. The cab has ultra- leathers seats , cruise control, power assist steering with tilt wheel, power door locks, remote exterior mirrors would defrost, power windows, 2-12 V PowerPoint outlets in cab, a Jensen stereo AM/FM CD and iPod. All the tires are in excellent condition. The Jensen stereo unit incorporates an LCD color screen that is attached to a rear color camera that acts like a rearview mirror while you are traveling. Whenever the unit is put into reverse, the screen comes on automatically and it has an external"s microphone so somebody behind you can help you when you are backing up. It is also handy if you are towing anything, which can constantly be monitored. All the interior windows are tinted and covered with pleated blinds. It has an amplified digital TV/cable/DVD system and an adjustable external TV antenna. This is the systems monitor panel which tracks all of your systems along with the levels in your holding tanks, your battery status and your LPG gas status, your furnace and air conditioner are also controlled here which are all automatic. And you can see there"s additional system controls. Looking forward, the bed over the Is a queen-size bed with security curtain. It has a digital TV and a small clothes storage behind the television set. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with storage above it and a large wardrobe with mirrors and drawers and a digital TV set. The dining room table converts into a bed and has additional storage under its seats. The kitchen has a microwave oven with touch control, a three burner gas stove with oven, a range hood with fan and light, laminate countertops, pantry with storage drawers, a double molded sink, and a two door refrigerator and freezer that is either AC OR LPG. It has a 3000-watt DC to AC Pure sine wave inverter to provide you AC current if you are dry camping, if you don"t want to run the generator. There is a roof vent in the living room and a powered roof vent in the bathroom. It has several safety features with a carbon monoxide/LPG detector alarm, fire extinguisher, two smoke alarms and detectors, and a master bedroom escape window. The unit has a 6-gallonwater heater that runs off of AC or propane and the entrance step is electric. If you are camping in a very cold area the holding tanks are heated. The roof air conditioner is a 14,800 BTU ceiling ducted system, and the furnace is a 30,000 BTU floor ducted system. In the bathroom, the rounded shower has self-cleaning textured glass with a skylight. There is storage for linen, a toilet with hand lever, and a bathroom vanity with mirror. The unit has an easy set up awning, 4000-watt Onan generator, external 30 amp power hookup, external water hookup, external sewer hookup, external cable TV hookup and a permanent mount18 gallon LPG tank with gauge. The unit has a 42-gallonfreshwater tank, 44-gallon black water tank, 41-gallons gray water tank, and a55-gallon fuel tank. There are AC outlets throughout the unit. And two deep cycle batteries. There is room for lots of exterior storage. The unit will include everything to setup unit. This can save you a fortune since you will not have to purchase everything you need.
