2010 Model Year Tomberlin Emerge Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) or Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) Street Legal Golf Cart features: 500 LE Emerge

This cart has an OEM rear seat, mechanical wiper, LED lighting, brand new 14" wheels and tires, and Bluetooth portable stereo. Brand new batteries. Cart is 48 volt. Before considering a lifted cart or a standard golf cart, consider this Tomberlin that has a top speed of 24 mph, is street legal, and can be registered with the DMV. Ride at the beach! Ride in your small town or retirement community! Ride in the national parks and carry it along with your RV. This golf cart / LSV / NEV is versatile and allows you to do much more than a standard golf cart for pretty much the same price as the other lifted golf / new standard golf cart models. Original Title. Cart has never been registered with the DMV.

On Board 48 volt charger is included. Cart has been kept in the garage and is in excellent shape. Bluetooth Radio - portable This cart was recently serviced by a dealer. Ready to go! 386 Original miles. Factory speedo works. Cart has a 17 digit VIN. VIN number can be provided upon request. Glass one piece windshield. Original Motor and Controller as far as I know. Overhead lighting All seat belts, horn, signals, brake lights, and tail lights work. The wiper is mechanical. The electronic wiper in the picture is being replaced. A manual wiper is more effective. This street legal cart can be registered like a normal motor vehicle with insurance and the whole gambit.
