You are looking at one of the cleanest coaches I have ever seen. The seller has maintained this coach in every way imaginable. Below you will find a list of items that have been performed. Just to make sure you have a good feel and understanding of what you’re bidding on I am going to share some up to date and factory stats relative to this RV and today’s market. This is the 40 QTH Model Phaeton. One of Tiffin’s most popular models and floorplans.
What makes this so different from all the other Phaeton’s before it is the following:
#1 – It came standard with a Residential Refer/Freezer (as a result it was equipped from the MFG with the proper batteries and Inverter to handle the added load to the electrical system) #2 – It comes standard with a 3 Zone Air Conditioning and heating system (I have driven a 2009 across the country in the heat of the summer and about baked to death trying to keep all that space cool with just 2 roof airs the prior models were equipped with) #3 – It comes standard with a 10,000 KW Quiet Diesel Onan Generator (previous models were equipped with an 8000KW model that was not adequate if you made any upgrades like an extra a/c unit or residential refer etc.) #4 – It comes standard with an Outside Entertainment System (this built in fixed and secure modern method is hands down better than the inside the storage bay versions used in times past)
