This is a very large pop up camper that is in need of some repairs. It is being sold AS IS, Where is with NO WARRANTY
This will be a great deal for someone with some time and mechanical ability. This unit retails for almost $9,000
First as you can see from the pictures, the top will not go up. It uses a Jayco cable lift system that pushes springs up thru the lift tubes to raise the roof. This is a manual crank system off the passenger side rear of the unit. The crank begins to lift the right rear corner, then you hear some noise. The noise is the spring and guide system in the left rear of the camper moving. The jack plate/lift guide system has separated from the floor. This is located under the wet bath inside the camper. The reason it separated from the floor is because the floor in the unit has various soft spots. The front and rear and to the right of the entry door are all soft. The inside of the front storage compartment is soft as well.
Be prepared to replace the subfloor, linolieum or flooring of your choice and reinstall the lift system in the corners of the units for the top to operate correctly.
I was able to lift the roof manually to pull out the beds and the slide to do some looking. The camper is huge with the sliding dinette. It has a wet bath, shower toilet combo, large 2 bowl sink, 3 way refrigerator, gas furnace, and folding sofa.
Other items thinks to note. There is a 3 inch tear in the canvas on the corner of the slide out. The rest of the canvas and screens look to be in good shape. The interior cushions, seating, dinette all appear in good condition. There is a damp smell to the unit, and with the floors being soft, it is safe to say there is a leak somewhere. The roof seems solid, but i did notice the roof vent seems cracked, it is also missing the screen inside the vent. The awning and all poles are there as well, but the awning cover does have a tear in it as shown in the pictures.
It uses a 2" ball and a 7 pin round electrical connection. It does have electric brakes. All the lights and brakes work as they should and the unit tows very well.
This is being sold by a used car dealer in Carlisle, PA. Again it is sold AS IS, Where IS, with NO Warranty. Buyer is responsible for PICK UP. We don"t ship, if you need the item ship it is your responsibility to pay for and arrange it. We will be glad to assist in the pick up, but you must set it up.
