Travel Trailer for sale as-is ; probably for a deer lease, or temporary use once it is gutted and restored. It is currently located in Galveston, TX.
Note - THIS TRAILER IS CURRENTLY UNINHABITABLE/NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVING IN CURRENT CONDITION. IT NEEDS TO BE RESTORED.
We have not been able to enjoy it in the last 4 years since we had a kid and then got pregnant again. We let our relative borrow it at some point and they unknowingly didn"t fully close the slide out, so water got inside, and I am sure the slide out needs to be replaced (haven"t tried opening it), plus other water issues, etc. . note that to our knowledge, nothing electrical works, mold has grown due to the slideout issue.
This will be a great project for someone who is handy and can most likely make a return investment. The title is clear.
DISCLAIMER : You must pull out yourself and at your own risk. Be prepared to attach additional hooks to pull since it"s been stationary for years and the tongue jack might be in very poor condition to pull. Also, the axle might be locked up. The trailer might need to be towed out. We can arrange meeting at at different time if towing needs to happen.
