Up for auction is a 2010 Riverside 30ft Travel Trailer LOFT overhead sleeping area with a Slide Out and Extra High Ceiling . This is a terrific model with a great layout and neat area for the kids to play and sleep. It can also be used as an extra storage area or a sleeping area for adults. It has the angled high roof which offers a nice high interior ceiling height. The interior has the front master bedroom with dual accordian style doors, bed with mattress, valances, pull down shades, comforter and mattress. it has carpeting around the bed area and in the slide out area. The slide out has a jack knife style sofa bed, leather trim and wood in the slide out area with a wall lamp and dinette with lamp above, also has accent lights in the slide area. The flooring is a vinyl with tile pattern. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave, cloth trim in the paneling which matches valances, dometic refrigerator and multiple cabinets. The bathroom is at the far rear and has a good amount of space to move around. It has the toilet, neo-angle corner shower, closet, vanity with mirror and sink. This unit weighs 6940 dry. The GVW is 10,400 lbs. The exterior decals has some normal cracking on the striping but the sides are nice and straight and the body is in great condition. It also has the front storage area which is a good feature. It has one slice in the top layer vinyl floor by the stairway to the upstairs, something may have got stuck under the slide at one time and did this but the slide operates perfect.
