The dinette transforms into a queen size mattress. The Camper has never been smoked in. I will provide the trailer hitch and sway bars. The camper has been used in 100 degree weather in California and has remained in cool, and in the mountains in Montana when its 0 degrees out and remains hot inside. The camper AC unit is built for a camper twice its size, and it comes with two 40 gallon propane tanks. I am selling because of a divorce. More pictures can be provided.
