I owner , purchased in February of 2011, used from November first to march 15 , in 2011 , 2012,2013,2014.in Rockport texas for winter , traveled twice to San Diego , 3 Times to Branson MO. The fifth wheel is presently in storage and winterized . Michelin tires all around less then 10,000 miles ago spare tire also Michelin with o miles .Due to having a grand daughter moving in for her college years , we no longer will be using the RV .
