2010 Keystone Montana 3455 SA Fifth wheel, 37 FT 4 Slide outs, central vac system, Upgraded custom made sleeper sofa with mattress that replaced the original sofa with the air mattress in it.
Listing for my parents. One owner, non smoker camper. Everything works as it should.
Previous recent repairs:
9/2014 Slides were creeping out: had the Hydraulic manifold Quad control replaced. $514
3/2016 4 new tires: currently have about 800 miles on them
3/2016 New A/C unit
Handle & worm gear for antenna replaced
New switch control on bathroom fan
Replaced passenger side lower panel to right of entry door
Total cost: $2598
7/2017 Bathroom faucet left on and flooded bathroom & bedroom. Repair consisted of replacing all flooring and carpet. Bedroom slide was removed for repair. The lower storage compartment flooring and coverings were also replaced at that time.
The camper was winterized after repairs were made and the camper has not been used since.Repair orders are available for the buyer to see.
