Pricing reflects the following: Original couch and recliner not included. Someone asked if this is because it had been stripped out/refurbished. No, I needed space more than sleeping area and removed them myself to have more room. Also, the couch sleeper was extremely heavy and uncomfortable. There is plenty of room for an air mattress or even more. I think we fit 3 twins at one point.
Awning mechanism works fine but fabric is torn in places from trees. Still blocks most rain.
Some cosmetic damage, floor and bathroom door.
