This travel trailer is being listed for my brother, so I am no expert on it, but I can get answers to questions if you have them. It was used on holidays only, never lived in. It is like new inside, it is absolutely dry, no smells, no mold. Outside, the condition is as would be expected for a 8 year old trailer, in great shape overall. Never had any damage or accidents. The awning needs replaced, otherwise it is fine. The Awning material can be easily replaced, new fabric for this awning can be found on Ebay, cost is only $124.00. The tires have been replaced recently, will tow anywhere, needs nothing. Hitch it up, and it is ready to roll. This travel trailer is just the right size- Big enough to be roomy and a useful space, but Light enoug h to be towed easily by any pickup truck. It is located in Ormond Beach Florida, just 6 miles from the Daytona Speedway, and one hour from the Orlando attractions. Buy it now, just in time for Speedweeks, Bikeweek, and your Florida Vacation at Disney Fort Wilderness!
