This RV was completely refurbished prior to my purchase by Cruise America, one of the largest RV rental agencies in America. It has only been driven about 11,000 miles since. I managed to get between 10 & 12 MPG on the trips I took, even in the mountains. I can no longer make the long trips due to health concerns. Front tires were New at time of purchase and the rear tires only have about 5,000 miles, they were replaced due to hitting debris in the roadway. This is the ideal weekender due to its compact size. It is easy to handle down the highway and it fits in a regular parking space. Also,it is cheaper on Road Tolls, since it only has four wheels on the ground. It is a Fully self-contained unit with Aux. Battery and a 4KW GenSet Gas Generator.
It sits on a Ford E350 chassis with a 285hp Triton V8 gas engine with a 40 gallon tank. It has an Automatic Transmission, Power Windows, Brakes, Steering, Outside Side Mirrors, Cruise Control, AM/FM/CD Radio with Aux Port, Dash Air Conditioning, and USB Ports. The RV is 19" 8" long, 7" 6" wide and 10" 2" high. Has a 20 gal Fresh water tank and 17 gal Grey and Black water tanks.
The cabin is built with an all aluminum framework and floor that is bolted onto the truck chassis. It has a 4.7 cu ft Refrigerator Freezer (auto switchover propane/electric), a Convection Microwave, a 6 gal propane water heater, European style two burner propane range, large round kitchen sink, 13,500 BTU overhead A/C unit, a small propane furnace, a wet-bath (stool, sink & shower), dinette set that converts into a bed (1 adult or 2 small kids), an overhead Queen size bed, a swivel chair, plenty of AC or DC lighting and AC Outlets, CO2 and LPG detectors, 9 gal LP tank, fire extinguisher and two ceiling exhaust fans.
Extended Warranty purchased when I bought the RV will be supplied for the cost of the transfer charge only if the RV is purchased at the "BUY IT NOW" price. To any other form of sale, the warranty will be offered at a reduced price over and above the RV Sale Price plus transfer charge.
