2010 BLUE RIDGE BY FOREST RIVER CABIN EDITION. This camper had fire damage in the master bedroom above the fifth wheel. It actually looks way worse than what it is. The insulation saved the camper. chared the paneling, behind the panels its in really good shape. The ac unit in the bedroom shorted out and caused the fire. The bedroom needs stripped down and redone, the rest of the unit is mainly smoke and soot damage. all your main wiring is down low and the main damage was up high. New tires and wheels. Camper books out at $25,000. Camper is all aluminum framing, did not burn through the roof. Has satelite, very nice automatic awning that functions great. All 3 slideouts work great as well. Fridge has some heat damage. Ac unit in the main area looks like it could still be used. I pulled back some paneling and insulation and was real suprised by how good it actually looked. Has a washer/dryer combo in it, needs cleaned up. all power leveling jacks work fine as well. Parts alone are worth more than starting price. Awning is worth a ton.
