Dining table converts into another bed, 3 cable outlets. Two flat screen TV"s included, brand new mount for garage TV never opened, bedding etc. . .I have had three full size bikes in the garage portion. 80 gallon fresh water tank, black and gray tanks, two 30lb propane tanks. Trailer is in GREAT shape, serviced by Garrick of Oak Ridge NJ every year, two new tires, new brakes and backing plates and brand new full size spare with matching rim. Full one piece metal roof so no leaking! only issue with it like every other Work and Play I see is decals are a little faded and some peeling. I was just going to pull them all off and vinyl wrap the whole thing. All interior lighting just replaced with LED bulbs that save a ton of power and zero heat. included is a $1000.00 hitch, also have two Honda EU2000i generators that can go with it for the right price with dual feed external fuel tank, used one weekend super quiet and can power the everything on 1 and AC when wired together!
