Vehicle description
Very good condition. Used sparingly. Includes R-Dome Awning (screen room). Please look at pictures and ask questions regarding travel trailer. Recommend checking out in person before making final decision. Location: East Barre, Vermont .
IMPORTANT NOTE: I"m currently financing the travel trailer through a bank in St Louis; however, the R-pod is located in Vermont. To avoid any potential concern about title transfer or uncertainty about the travel trailer, escrow.com will be used. This is beneficial for several reasons: 1) payment will be held in escrow until approved by buyer; 2) after approval the escrow company will contact bank and provide instructions to send title to buyer. This approach will limit risk of buyer; although it will still take time for title to be sent to buyer. Regardless the process will be handled by 3rd party and not seller. I would still recommend inspecting travel trailer in person before committing to buy to ensure it meets expectations. After committing to buy I"ll set up the escrow transaction and the process can be initiated. Unfortunately, had to raise selling price up to $6950 to account for additional fees, but I"m confident this is the best approach.
If general specifications are required, information is readily available by searching "2010 r-pod 175." Otherwise feel free to contact me with potential questions. Thanks.
