Comes with a complete set of Factory owner / user manuals for trailer and all appliances Sleeps 7-10 Has a table that turns into a 2 person bed and the convertible sofa sleeps 1adult ( or maybe 2 kids.) Sleeps 4 comfortably on the two pop outs (6 a little tighter) The refrigerator, and hot water heater run on propane ( or) electric. The 5 burner stove with oven and the furnace work perfectly and run on propane only . The A/C unit is electric only and also cools the camper very well on the hottest of days. Built in microwave. It has a single nice smooth functioning slide out with no leaks there or anywhere on the unit .Equipped with dual pop outs on the ends . no leaks at all. Nice roll out awning free of tears and leaks ,outside speakers ,shower station, cooking station with cooking counter that clips on the outside trim rail . Has built in CD/DVD entertainment system . Roof is in PERFECT shape ,has no soft spots or leaks. Constructed of aluminum framing and 6 inches of sold styrofoam for a great r value to beat the heat of the sun . the A/c is amazing . Fiberglass exterior walls. NO issues with anything. it is ready to camp tonight . .new tires/ rims last season.Has electric brakes and a break away switch .Uses a 2 inch ball. Tows SUPER easy with even a small SUV or some cars too .
