Nice roll out awning free of tears and leaks ,outside speakers ,shower station, cooking statin also . Has built in CD/DVD entertainment system . Roof is in PERFECT shape ,has no soft spots or leaks. Constructed of aluminum framing and 6 inches of sold styrofoam for a great r value to beat the heat of the sun .Of course the A/c is amazing . Fiberglass exterior walls. NO issues with anything. it is ready to camp tonight . .new tires/ rims last season.Has electric brakes and a break away switch.Tows SUPER easy with even a small SUV or some cars too .
