LED light package, air conditioned tack room, queen memory foam mattress in excellent condition, 4 saddle rack, blanket holder, clothes rod, tack hooks, 12 volt converter with battery, storage boxes, 6 tie up hooks on outside, removable plexiglass in windows, cuts are 4" in front, then 8", 8". Pulls great. Must see to appreciate.
